Specially designed for quick-drying and water-based paints. The added dust binder and the reinforced filter construction create a very high capture efficiency.
The Paintstop Orange filter medium is specially designed for paint mist separation in places where fast-drying and/or water-based paints are used, such as spray rooms, pre-processing floors, spray booths, etc.
Because these paint mist parts reach the filter wall already dry, a normal dry paint collection filter is often no longer sufficient. A dirty installation (+ ductwork) and increased emissions to the outside are then the result. To overcome this problem, the use of Paintstop Orange is recommended. The reinforced filter construction and the presence of dust binding agent create a very high capture efficiency.
Odorless glass wire material. The open structure of the fiber material in the air flow guarantees a high absorption capacity of separated paint particles and a small increase in resistance. Even with heavy contamination, because the paint particles are absorbed deeply into the medium.
Paintstop Orange requires little space for storage, as the material is elastic and can be compressed. The applications of the product are very numerous. The medium is white on the dirty air side and orange on the clean air side.
REPLACEMENT MEDIUM
It is recommended to renew the Paintstop medium when the final resistance of 120 Pa has been reached. This is best done in the morning. The paint-soaked medium must be immediately removed to a safe place due to the risk of spontaneous combustion.
The filter medium is available in mats or rolls.

The fibers of the paint stop poking to the hands, we recommend to use gloves.
